Setup Guide

Use this guide with the username, password, DNS link, and Samsung/LG DNS link from your setup email. We recommend starting with IPTV Smarters because it is the simplest free starting option for most customers.

Important: Rayzm3 Streams is the streaming service. The apps below are separate third-party IPTV player apps used to sign in with your Rayzm3 Streams credentials. Some apps, including TiviMate and Sparkle TV, may offer optional premium upgrades. Those app upgrades are not required for basic access and are not billed by Rayzm3 Streams.
Use the standard DNS link for Fire TV, Android TV, phones, tablets, and most IPTV players. Use the Samsung/LG DNS link only when setting up a Samsung or LG Smart TV app. In many IPTV player apps, the DNS link may be labeled as Server, Server URL, Portal URL, or DNS URL.
IPTV Smarters Free starting option. Best for Firestick, Android TV, Smart TVs, phones, and tablets. Sparkle TV Optional alternative. May offer its own premium features. TiviMate Optional alternative. May offer its own premium upgrade. XCIPTV Backup option for Firestick, Android TV, phones, and tablets. OTT Navigator Advanced option for users who want more app settings.

Choose your app

IPTV Smarters
Free starting option
Best for: Firestick, Android TV, Samsung/LG Smart TV, phones, tablets

Recommended first for most customers. IPTV Smarters is a good starting option because it usually does not require an extra app purchase to get started. For Firestick or Fire TV, use Downloader code 6468112 if IPTV Smarters is not available in your app store.

  1. Open the app store on your device.
  2. Search for IPTV Smarters or Smarters Player.
  3. Install the app if it is available in your app store.
  4. Open IPTV Smarters.
  5. Choose Login with Xtream Codes API if that option appears.
  6. If the app asks for Any Name, enter Rayzm3 Streams.
  7. Enter the username and password from your setup email.
  8. For Firestick, Android TV, phones, and tablets, enter the standard DNS link from your setup email.
  9. For Samsung or LG Smart TVs, enter the Samsung/LG DNS link from your setup email.
  10. Choose Add User, Login, or Save.
  11. Wait a minute for Live TV, Movies, Series, and the guide to load.
  12. If IPTV Smarters is not in your Firestick app store, install Downloader first.
  13. Open Downloader and enter code 6468112.
  14. Follow the prompts to download and install IPTV Smarters.
  15. After IPTV Smarters installs, go back to the Firestick home screen.
  16. Open Settings.
  17. Go to My Fire TV.
  18. Open Developer Options.
  19. Open Install Unknown Apps.
  20. Find IPTV Smarters or Smarters Player and turn it ON.
  21. Go back to IPTV Smarters and sign in with your Rayzm3 Streams credentials.
  22. If the app asks for Server, Server URL, Portal URL, or DNS URL, enter the DNS link from your setup email.
  23. Do not use random APK sites or unknown download links.

Sparkle TV
Optional alternative
Best for: Firestick, Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV

Sparkle TV is a good TV player option. It may offer its own optional premium features. Any Sparkle TV premium charge is separate from Rayzm3 Streams and is not required for basic access. Use Downloader code 4570036 to go directly to the Sparkle TV APK.

  1. Start on the Firestick or Fire TV home screen.
  2. Open the Downloader app.
  3. If you do not have Downloader, go to Find or Search, search for Downloader, then install the orange Downloader app.
  4. Open Downloader.
  5. When Downloader asks for permissions, choose Allow.
  6. In the Downloader URL/code box, enter 4570036.
  7. Press Go.
  8. Follow the prompts to download the Sparkle TV APK.
  9. When the APK finishes downloading, follow the prompts to install Sparkle TV.
  10. After Sparkle TV installs, go back to the Firestick home screen.
  11. Open Settings.
  12. Go to My Fire TV.
  13. Open Developer Options.
  14. Open Install Unknown Apps.
  15. Find Sparkle TV and turn it ON.
  16. Go back to the Firestick home screen.
  17. Find the Sparkle TV app.
  18. Move Sparkle TV to the front of your apps so it is easy to find later.
  19. Open Sparkle TV.
  20. Choose the Xtream Codes login option.
  21. When Sparkle TV asks for Server, Server URL, Portal URL, or DNS URL, enter the DNS link from your setup email.
  22. Enter the username from your setup email.
  23. Enter the password from your setup email.
  24. Follow the prompts to sign in.
  25. Let Sparkle TV populate the playlist and guide. This can take a minute.
  26. After it finishes loading, open the channel list and start watching.

TiviMate
Optional alternative
Best for: Firestick, Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV

TiviMate is a popular TV player option. TiviMate may offer its own premium upgrade, which is separate from Rayzm3 Streams. TiviMate premium is not required for basic Rayzm3 Streams access. Use Downloader code 272483 or enter tivimate.com/apk.

  1. Start on the Firestick or Fire TV home screen.
  2. Open the Downloader app.
  3. If you do not have Downloader, go to Find or Search, search for Downloader, then install the orange Downloader app.
  4. Open Downloader.
  5. When Downloader asks for permissions, choose Allow.
  6. In the Downloader URL/code box, enter 272483.
  7. If that code does not work, enter tivimate.com/apk instead.
  8. Press Go.
  9. Follow the prompts to download the TiviMate APK.
  10. When the APK finishes downloading, follow the prompts to install TiviMate.
  11. If Firestick blocks the install, go back to the home screen.
  12. Open Settings.
  13. Go to My Fire TV.
  14. Open Developer Options.
  15. Open Install Unknown Apps.
  16. Find Downloader and turn it ON.
  17. Go back to Downloader and install TiviMate again.
  18. After TiviMate installs, go back to the Firestick home screen.
  19. Open Settings.
  20. Go to My Fire TV.
  21. Open Developer Options.
  22. Open Install Unknown Apps.
  23. Find TiviMate and turn it ON.
  24. Go back to the Firestick home screen and open TiviMate.
  25. Choose Add Playlist.
  26. Choose Xtream Codes or Xtream Codes login.
  27. When the app asks for Server, Server URL, Portal URL, or DNS URL, enter the DNS link from your setup email.
  28. Enter the username from your setup email.
  29. Enter the password from your setup email.
  30. Choose Next, Save, or Done.
  31. Wait a minute for TiviMate to load the playlist and TV guide.
  32. If channels load but the guide is blank, refresh the playlist or guide inside TiviMate.

XCIPTV
Backup option
Best for: Firestick, Android TV, Android phones, Android tablets

Good backup player when IPTV Smarters, Sparkle TV, or TiviMate does not work.

  1. Open the app store on your device.
  2. Search for XCIPTV.
  3. Install XCIPTV if it is available.
  4. Open XCIPTV.
  5. Choose Xtream Codes API, Xtream Codes Login, or a similar login option.
  6. If the app asks for a playlist name, enter Rayzm3 Streams.
  7. Enter the DNS link, username, and password from your setup email.
  8. Save the account.
  9. Wait a minute for the playlist and guide to load.
  10. If XCIPTV is not in your Firestick app store, install Downloader first.
  11. Only enter an XCIPTV download link or Downloader code that support gives you.
  12. Do not use random APK sites or unknown download links.

OTT Navigator
Advanced option
Best for: Firestick, Android TV, advanced users

Good option for customers who want more control and do not mind extra settings.

  1. Open the app store on your device.
  2. Search for OTT Navigator.
  3. Install OTT Navigator if it is available.
  4. Open OTT Navigator.
  5. Choose Provider, Add Provider, or Add Playlist.
  6. Choose Xtream Codes if the option appears.
  7. Enter the DNS link, username, and password from your setup email.
  8. If the app asks for a provider name, enter Rayzm3 Streams.
  9. Save the provider.
  10. Wait a minute for the playlist and guide to load.
  11. If the layout looks confusing, open the app settings and look for player, guide, or playlist view options.
  12. If OTT Navigator is not in your Firestick app store, install Downloader first.
  13. Only enter an OTT Navigator download link or Downloader code that support gives you.
  14. Do not use random APK sites or unknown download links.

Quick troubleshooting

  1. Double-check that the DNS link, username, and password were entered exactly as shown in your setup email.
  2. Remember that the DNS link may be labeled as Server, Server URL, Portal URL, or DNS URL inside the player app.
  3. For Samsung or LG Smart TVs, use the Samsung/LG DNS link instead of the standard DNS link.
  4. If the playlist does not load, close and reopen the app, then refresh or reload the playlist.
  5. If playback is slow, restart your device and router, then try a stronger Wi-Fi connection.
  6. If a player app asks for premium, remember that premium player app upgrades are optional and separate from Rayzm3 Streams.
  7. If your Firestick does not allow Downloader or Install Unknown Apps, contact support and we can help you use another compatible app or device.
